Our service speaks for itself.
The following are words from our patients and their families who have expressed permission to use their statements.
I wanted to take a moment to thank Tony for awesome service. My brother, John Clay Sechrest, was hospitalized with pneumonia last winter and required oxygen. Tony delivered the equipment and was kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Clay had shoulder surgery with week, and again required oxygen. Tony delivered the equipment and actually remembered us, and even the odd directions to get to his home.
Thank you from both of us for great service, professionalism and genuine kindness. We are both very grateful. Tony is an enormous asset to your team.
My wife has gastroparesis and has a J tube. This has been a major change in her and my lives. A lot of new things to adapt to and a learning curve for the both of us. We have gotten super help from Morgan with issues we had. She is knowledgeable but most importantly caring. We have never met her but already feel like we know her.
BRAVO ZULU is the Navy term for a job well done. Morgan deserves a BZ from our family.
I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Barnes Healthcare Services since January 25, 2006. I have had nothing but outstanding service from them. I recently had to move to Louisiana on short notice and Melanie Smith, CRT; Regional Respiratory Specialist went out of her way to insure I had the urgently needed equipment in place by dealing with a local company. Ms. Smith allowed me to take valuable equipment her company owned until the local company could set up their own equipment. It is service like this that makes Barnes Healthcare Services an outstanding company to deal with.
I would like to send a big thank you out to those in your Panama City office. They have been taking care of my needs for several years. They go above and beyond to take care of their client’s needs, especially Sherry, John and Becky. Thank you, I appreciate y’all so much!!!
I want to share my experience from spending time at the hospital. Before leaving the hospital, I had a picc line procedure. My doctor prescribed medication to be deliver to my home. I was extremely happy to be home with the infusion service. The medication was an easy delivery. My days at home were very pleasant. There is no reason to be in the hospital, when you can stay home. I love Barnes Healthcare Services!
I cannot say enough kind words about Bill and Barnes! Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know what we would have done without his help. Thank you very much for providing such wonderful service and care for my husband.
I just wanted to let you know what excellent employees you have in Amy Anderson and Lisa Hardy. They have gone above and beyond to help make sure my Mom (Kathy Lee) got home. Through all the nightmares, Barnes Healthcare has been the ray of light. Amy and Lisa are both top notch professionals and have gone to great extents to make sure that Mom had everything she needed and that I was comfortable and knowledgeable as a caregiver. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated all they have done and to tell you and your company thank you.
Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for all the years of excellent nursing. You always ensured I was comfortable and all my needs met. I regret that I can no longer receive my medication at Barnes. Thank you to all the nurses.
We want to extend a BIG thank you to all the staff at Barnes for your efforts in helping our veterans in our time of need. We appreciate you tremendously!!! Please let us know if you need anything from us in Oncology – it has been a pleasure working with you.
You really saved us (while we were unable to use our chemo IV hood)! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are passionate about caring for our Veterans and would not have been successful if it wasn’t for your help!

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation for all the services you afforded my daughter, Mason, during her major medical time of need.
The personal assistance in educating us in how to use and preform the daily TPN nutritional infusion, the dedicated nurses – India and Rick, case worker – Debbie, pharmacist – Cindy, home delieverers, administrated staff – Jenny in Valdosta, and all other heroes have truly touched the heart of a mother.
Your pharmacist, Cindy, helped save Mason’s life by alerting us that her white blood count was too high. The next morning, I took her to two doctors, surgeon and urgent health doctor, and by 3:00pm, her temperature was climbing from 103.0. I could not do what was needed to break the fever at home.
By 4:30pm, her temp was at 105.8 so I put her in the car and rushed her to North Fulton Hospital!
The ER staff immediately determined she was sepsis. It took eight hours to break her fever and she was then addmitted into the hos pital for another eight day . stay.
I will always be indebted to you for the “Red Flag” noti fication of her problem and your personal dedication to Mason.
After working with your staff, I am sure personal and professional dedication is extended to all of your patients/ clients.
Life is so fragile! I am humbled before you for helping to extend Mason’s life span.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We’d love to hear from you
